Who is counselling for?

Hi, I am Susie, a Christian counsellor and Trauma therapist in London.
Anyone who feels they are struggling with life would benefit from counselling.
I offer clients unconditional positive regard, meaning I automatically hold them in high respect and I am completely non-judgemental.
I help clients identify and address presenting as well as underlying issues, through empathic exploration, with psychodynamic insight as well as using somatic techniques and working with neuroplasticity.
I am also trained in Somatic Experiencing. Please contact me for more information.

The concept of Couple Counselling is in essence to help couples communicate more effectively

In part B, I have written a little on the Bible and depression. The other theme in Part A was self-harm, which I would like to say a little more on now.

Testimonials

“Not really knowing why I was going, but knowing that I was not my usual self, I was recommended to see Susie by numerous different people. Susie took the time to listen to me, patiently, providing gentle insight and understanding as to why certain things triggered other things, and gradually working through each of these, I am now much more confident and reasonable with expectations for myself, as well as being much more stable and rooted in Jesus Christ. Seeking advice and help from someone who is themselves built up and strong in their faith made all the difference for insight and being reminded of gospel truths. I have been recommending Susie to everyone – she gave me understanding and healing of the past, together with coping mechanisms for now and the future. A very wise and gifted Christian lady, I can't recommend her enough.”
